Overview

Metrocity Greens is a plotted residential layout at Wakeshwar, off Wardha Road in south Nagpur, developed by Princelands (Prime Land Investments). The developer describes it as a project that blends modern development with nature — palm-lined roads, landscaped gardens and green open spaces — creating a calm, eco-friendly setting away from the city's rush while keeping Nagpur within easy reach.

The layout is planned in two phases. The Phase I area statement in the brochure lists 89 plots, with individual plot areas from about 1,577 sq.ft to 6,734 sq.ft; some adjoining plots are offered together as larger parcels.
